Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have good knowledge of SAP transactions.
• Must have working knowledge of Excel and/or other MS Office software.
• Must be able to work independently yet able to work with other departments on procurement issues that arise, cross-functional teams, etc.

Responsibilities

• Review and complete reoccurring SAP transactions.
• Monitor internal and external water levels.
• Review and provide updates on sequence as needed.
• Coordinate with Supervisors and Foreman to determine root cause for any discrepancies
• Ensure items are properly kitted and production orders are completed in a timely manner.
• Coordinating daily inbound shipments for parcel, air freight, LTL, and truckload shipments.
• Compiles and maintains records such as time, date, quantity, source and destination of materials received or kitted.
