Qualifications

• 2+ years in manufacturing or warehouse environments with inventory replenishment methods.
• 2+ years supervising/leading small to medium teams.
• Ability to work 3rd Shift: 11:00pm – 7:30am.
• Leadership skills to interact with multiple levels in the organization.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) with verbal, written and presentation abilities.
• SAP experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Supervising teams responsible for receiving, storing, picking, kitting, and delivering material to assembly lines.
• Handling team scheduling and daily assignments.
• Managing warehouse cycle counting and root cause analysis; resolving discrepancies.
• Significant interaction with every other department in the plant.
