Responsibilities

• Lead all 3rd shift warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, and outbound support.
• Ensure safe operation of automated systems, AMRs, and warehouse processes.
• Drive throughput, service, inventory accuracy, backlog reduction, and schedule attainment goals.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive issue resolution.
• Lead shift startup meetings, performance reviews, and handoffs.
• Provide oversight of AutoStore and robotic systems; collaborate with IT, Maintenance, and EHS.
