Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Manager, Distribution (3rd Shift) in Lebanon, IN. You will supervise Warehouse Associates and Team Leads, coordinating daily workload and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across the distribution area.

The role requires coordinating CPS-related improvements, leading standard work, and training staff while managing overtime and resource allocation. This is an onsite, five-day-per-week position with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize daily workload for value stream.
• Determine overtime needs and reallocate resources as needed.
• Manage employee hours using the timekeeping system.
• Ensure safety, quality, velocity, and cost standards in production.
• Order and distribute parts and materials promptly; improve processes to reduce costs.
• Identify efficiency improvements and optimize equipment use.
• Ensure preventive maintenance per schedule and support CPS initiatives.
• Lead CPS-related activities: allocate resources, deploy improvements, train staff and drive standard work.
• Monitor safety and provide training to workforce; assess training needs.
