Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Planning Analyst for the 3rd shift in Lafayette, IN. You will support the Large Engine Center logistics with problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives, driving sustainable actions across PQVC and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include leading lean projects, coordinating with section managers, and monitoring outcomes. A bachelor's degree and experience with WMS and Microsoft Office are preferred, with onsite work five days a week.

• Coordinate with other planning analysts for readiness and transitions.
