Position Summary Seeking an IT professional to support server conversion and infrastructure upgrade projects across enterprise locations. This role is responsible for server deployments, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting end users, and ensuring successful technology rollouts with minimal business disruption.

Previous overnight experience highly preferred. This contract is budgeted through the end of the year. This position is in-person, in Ann Arbor, MI.

Key Responsibilities

• Walk personel through server conversions, upgrades, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot server, printer, network, VPN, and connectivity issues.
• Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 technical support for hardware and software problems.
• Support user onboarding/offboarding activities and account administration.
• Document issues, resolutions, and project progress.
