Job summary

Tigre USA Inc is seeking a Process Technician for the 3rd shift to support startup, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of injection molding presses and related equipment. You will document settings and changes to assist future setups and runs while ensuring safety and quality are maintained.

Qualified candidates will have at least five years in injection molding, strong plastics knowledge, and a high school diploma (higher training preferred). Competitive benefits and growth prospects are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of injection molding experience or as a Process Technician.
• Good knowledge of plastics, PVC, materials/resins.

Responsibilities

• Setup, startup, diagnosis and troubleshooting of injection molding presses and all auxiliary equipment.
• Document process settings and changes for future setups and production runs.
• Ensure quality attribute inspections are completed and address non-conformances or machine malfunctions promptly.
