Job summary

Blum USA is seeking an Injection Molding Process Technician on the 3rd shift to support and optimize our molding operations. You will troubleshoot, set up equipment, perform mold changeovers, and work with cross-functional teams to improve line performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong understanding of molding equipment, tooling, and auxiliary systems.
• Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing software systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support mold, resin, and equipment installations, transfers, and startup activities
• Monitor machine efficiency, cycle times, and overall process performance to identify and resolve issues
• Establish, document, and maintain processing parameters to ensure quality and productivity targets
• Complete mold and insert changeovers while ensuring proper setup and process validation
• Partner with Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, and Production teams to drive continuous improvement
• Support operator, apprentice, and technician development through coaching, mentoring, and hands-on training
• Participate in special projects involving new product launches, equipment installations, process improvements, and operational initiatives
• Communicate work progress, technical concerns, and solutions during shift handoffs and team meetings
• Work 3rd shift hours 11pm-7am
