Job summary

Tigre USA is seeking a Process Technician to lead startup, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of injection molding presses and related equipment. You will document process settings and changes to support future setups and production runs.

You will ensure timely quality attribute inspections, address nonconformances, and promote process adjustments to improve efficiency and quality in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of injection molding experience, or as a Process Technician.
• Good knowledge of plastics, PVC, materials/resins,
• Injection Molds Knowledge,
• High school diploma or equivalent is required, a certificate of training beyond high school is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Setup, startup, diagnosis and trouble-shooting of the injection molding presses, all auxiliary equipment and all secondary production equipment while ensuring that safety and quality are the prime initiatives.
• Document process settings, process changes, water diagrams or anything that may be pertinent to aid in future set ups and production runs.
• Ensure all quality attribute inspections are completed on a timely basis (visual/dimensional) and correct any non-conformances or machine malfunctions immediately. Inform quality of nonconformance
• Promoting adjustments on the process to have ensure efficiency and quality;
