The ideal candidate has at least six years of injection molding experience and proven supervisory abilities to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence on the third shift.

Qualifikationen

• Six+ years of injection molding experience.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of injection molding processes, machine operation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with production equipment, robotics, and quality requirements.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop production staff.
• Excellent problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead third-shift production operations, ensuring safety, accountability, and productivity.
• Oversee injection molding operations to maintain safe, efficient processing within parameters.
• Manage daily staffing and labor allocation to meet production needs.
• Monitor performance and address issues impacting output, quality, and efficiency.
• Conduct shift meetings and provide thorough handoff reports to successors.
• Collaborate with Quality and Maintenance to investigate defects and implement corrective actions.
