Vandor Corporation is seeking a Plastic Injection Molding Supervisor Technician for 3rd shift to lead a production team in a fast-paced molding environment. The role concentrates on coordinating materials, setting molds, and ensuring on-time deliveries with high quality, while driving scrap reduction and machine efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of manufacturing and 2 years of injection molding experience, plus a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of manufacturing experience required.
• Two years of injection molding experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Requires a high school diploma / GED.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and allocates team members based on production demands.
• Oversees training of team members.
• Ensures conformity to production requirements and quality standards.
• Maintains safe, clean, and orderly work environment per Vandor policies.
• Inspects machines and equipment for performance and utilization.
• Directs adherence to policies, procedures, and record keeping.
