Job summary

Cardinal Staffing is seeking an Industrial Mixer Operator in Sandusky, OH to join a leading manufacturer of liquid pigment systems and intermediates. You will operate mixing equipment, monitor batch quality, and document production records to keep processes on schedule.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, pass background and drug screens, and have reliable transportation. This full-time evening shift offers $16.50/hour plus a $1 shift differential for 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• Mixing experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds daily.
• Ability to withstand stronger smells and dusty environment.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial mixing equipment to blend raw materials per formulas and specs.
• Measure, weigh, and add materials while maintaining batch quantities.
• Monitor times and temperatures to ensure product quality.
• Perform quality checks and adjust as needed to meet specs.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment and work areas.
• Complete production records and batch documentation.
• Collaborate with production and quality control to keep batches on schedule.
