Job summary

Seaman Corporation is seeking a Mixing Operator on D Shift (7:00pm–7:00am) with a 24/7 rotation in Northeast Ohio. The role supports coating departments by ensuring proper chemical mixing and color matching, while maintaining safety standards.

Required is a HS Diploma/GED with manufacturing experience preferred; some computer skills are desirable. Eligible benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k with company match, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• Previous Manufacturing Experience Preferred.
• Some computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety by following all safety procedures and practices.
• Mix color pigments or pastes according to formula and make necessary adjustments until color matching is verified.
• Deliver blended compounds in timely manner to each production line to run efficiently.
• Document pick list information, print and attach pigment ticket to pick list.
