Job summary

Seaman Corporation in Northeast Ohio is seeking a Mixing Operator for the D Shift (7:00pm–7:00am) with a 24/7 rotation.

You will ensure efficient mixing, color matching, and timely delivery of blended compounds to production lines, while upholding safety procedures.

The role requires a HS Diploma/GED, preferred manufacturing experience, and basic computer skills; we offer comprehensive benefits and bonus opportunities.

We are currently looking for a Mixing Operator on D Shift, 7:00pm - 7:00am

As of March 1, 2026, we have transitioned to a 24/7 rotation with a 4:3 schedule. Must be able to work within that schedule. Day shift will be 7a-7p; night shift will be 7p-7a.

This position is responsible for the efficiency of the mixing operation to ensure the proper combination of chemicals and color matching of all compounds is made available to the coating departments.

• Promote safety by following all safety procedures and practices
• Mix color pigments or pastes according to formula and make necessary adjustments until color matching is verified
• Deliver blended compounds in timely manner to each production line to run efficiently
• Document pick list information, print and attach pigment ticket to pick list

Education & Experience:

• HS Diploma/GED required

• Ability to bend, lift, stand repetitively throughout the shift
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, throughout the work shift
• Ability to work with hands, reach with hands and arms
