Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a maintenance technician on the 3rd shift in Wisconsin to maintain and repair facility and production equipment.

You will install, service, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to keep production running and quality high. The role requires a Journeyman’s card, at least 1 year of industrial maintenance experience, and strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Must possess Journeyman's card in applicable field.
• 1 year of industrial or building facility maintenance experience.
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot.
• LOTO experience.
• Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others.
• Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly.
• Monitors performance of plant machinery and equipment for proper operating performance; performs regular and preventive maintenance, repairs, diagnoses, tests, troubleshoots, and inspections on all machinery and equipment; documents work accordingly.
• Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed.
• Able to multi-task and keep up with demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
