Job summary

Land O’Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Journey Person for our Dairy Food manufacturing team. The role involves maintenance of facility and production equipment, installation, and repairs across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

This is a third-shift position with significant weekend/overtime/holiday requirements. The candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, ensure safe operations, and document all maintenance activities as part of our commitment to

Qualifications

Must possess Journeyman's card in applicable field.
Must be 18 years or older.
1 year of industrial or building facility maintenance experience.
Basic computer and math skills.
Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions and product manuals.
Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others.
Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly.
Monitors performance of plant machinery and equipment for proper operating performance; performs regular and preventive maintenance, repairs, diagnoses, tests, troubleshoots, and inspections on all machinery and equipment; documents work accordingly.
Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed.
Able to multi-task and keep up with demands in a fast-paced environment.
