Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician – 3rd Shift to join our Land O'Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team in Land O'Lakes, FL.

You will perform maintenance of the facility and production equipment to ensure our plants add value and quality to inputs and the creation of final high-quality products. You will install, maintain, and repair facility and production equipment, work with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and document work while following safety

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of industrial or building facility maintenance experience.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions and product manuals.
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot.
• Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful.

Responsibilities

• Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others.
• Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly.
• Monitors performance of plant machinery and equipment for proper operating performance; performs regular and preventive maintenance, repairs, diagnoses, tests, troubleshoots, and inspections on all machinery and equipment; documents work accordingly.
• Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed.
• Able to multi-task and keep up with demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
