The role emphasizes safety, quality and continuous improvement; requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering/Technical with 2+ years experience or equivalent military maintenance leadership, plus PLC/control experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technical with 2+ years of technical production/operations experience OR equivalent military leadership experience.
Experience in Food Manufacturing or Industrial Maintenance Operations.
Supervisory, communication, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Computer and PLC skills.
Experience in pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Leads and develops a maintenance team for installation, operation and repair of production equipment.
Oversees cross-functional processes and production improvements.
Manages day-to-day supervision, staffing and workload distribution.
Plans staffing to meet project deadlines and production needs.
Performs training, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed.
