Land O'Lakes is hiring a Maintenance Journeyman for our Wisconsin facility. You will maintain and repair production equipment, install systems, and monitor performance across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic domains.

Qualifications

• Must possess Journeyman's Card in applicable field
• 1 year of industrial or building facility maintenance experience
• Must be 18 years or older
• Basic computer and math skills
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions and product manuals
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot
• Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful

Responsabilités

• Maintains facility and production equipment to ensure plants can add value and quality to inputs and final products
• Installs, maintains, and repairs facility and equipment, working with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Monitors plant machinery performance, performs preventive maintenance, diagnoses, tests, troubleshoots, and documents work
• Ensures standard operating procedures are followed
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Other duties as assigned
