Job summary

ALDI USA is hiring for a 3rd shift warehouse associate in our Alabama facility. You will receive, pick, and move stock to fulfill store orders, operating in ambient or temperature-controlled areas.

The role includes a rotating pay scale and starting hourly wages from $24.00 to $26.50, with schedules A1–D and a 30–35 hour workweek. We offer training and safety programs, teamwork across shifts, and opportunities to grow within a fast-paced distribution network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Basic arithmetic skills.

Responsibilities

• Receives (Inbound) or selects (outbound) stock efficiently to fulfill orders from stores.
• Relocates merchandise throughout the warehouse according to product handling guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise for shipment and unloads incoming shipments.
• Performs general cleaning duties to meet warehouse standards and safety requirements.
• Participates in warehouse inventory counts.
