Starting wage ranges from $29.50 to $32.25 per hour depending on shift and schedule differential, with average hours around 30–35 per week. Training and safety programs are provided to ensure success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds regularly and move merchandise in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound or select outbound stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment and store delivery.
• Perform general cleaning to meet safety standards and warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as required.
• Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow safety and ergonomic procedures and operate equipment safely.
