Job summary

ALDI USA is hiring for a full-time warehouse associate to receive, pick, and ship products to stores. The role involves rotating schedules with varying hours, typically 30–35 hours per week, and starting wages from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on shift and differential pay.

Responsibilities include stocking, locating, and loading merchandise, maintaining clean and safe work areas, and assisting with inventory counts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receives inbound or selects outbound stock efficiently to fulfill orders from stores.
• Relocates merchandise throughout the warehouse according to product handling guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise for shipment and unloads incoming shipments.
• Performs general cleaning to meet safety standards.
• Participates in warehouse inventory counts and supports leadership.
• Interacts with peers and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Operates equipment safely according to guidelines.
