Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Universal HVAC certificate required within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum 5 years of mechanical systems repair or industrial maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Support PMT, TPM, and energy reduction projects.
• Coordinate with Engineering for equipment modifications and change control docs.
• Diagnose and solve electrical, mechanical, and alignment issues on plant equipment.
• Develop standard work for troubleshooting and setups/changeovers.
• Assist in annual inspections and safety improvements.
