Baxter Healthcare in Marion, NC is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician, Maintenance - Manufacturing to ensure safe, reliable operation of plant equipment. You will support PMT/TPM initiatives, modify equipment with proper change control, and contribute to safety and training programs.

The role requires 5+ years in mechanical or industrial maintenance and specific HVAC credentials. The position is a salaried non-exempt role with shift coverage Sunday through Thursday 7pm–3am.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED and basic English communication.
• Requires 5+ years in mechanical systems repair or industrial maintenance.
• HVAC certification/experience preferred; associates degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly supports PMT, TPM, and energy reduction activities.
• Coordinate with Engineering and perform equipment modifications with required documentation.
• Involved in safety solutions and training of technicians.
