Job summary

Eaton Corporation’s Aer FMC Fuel Motion Control Systems division seeks a Heat Treat Operator for the Euclid, OH facility. Core 3rd shift hours are 12am–7am, Monday–Friday. This 35-hour week pays for 40 hours, with a base hourly rate of $28.98 plus a $1 shift differential per hour.

The role involves setting up and operating heat treatment, nitride, buffing and related processes, plus inspections and documentation per ANSI standards. On-site plant with ~300 employees supports aerospace components.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of machining/utility, heat treat or nitride experience.
• Minimum 2-year GD&T experience (training can substitute).

Responsibilities

• Load, unload and monitor processing of parts in heat treat basket and furnaces.
• Perform burr, buff, dry blast, degrease and oiling operations on hardware.
• Set up and operate furnaces, read gauges, and monitor controls for quality checks.
