Job summary

Enjet Aero is seeking a Weekend Heat Treat (Furnace) Operator in Huber Heights, OH. The role operates aluminum heat treating and vacuum furnaces during Friday–Sunday 6:00 AM–6:00 PM, totaling 40 hours with a 4-hour bonus and a 25% shift differential. Responsibilities include ensuring production, inspecting parts, and maintaining quality per QMS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Heat Treat Operator experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to deal with complexity.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous production of parts that meet customer expectations.
• Inspect completed parts using micrometers, indicators, calipers, comparators, etc.
• Maintain quality standards through understanding of the Quality Management System.
• Monitor and document operational and performance issues and provide feedback to supervisor.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers, supervisor and other staff.
• Other duties as directed by supervisor.
