Eaton’s AER FMC Fuel Motion Control Systems division is seeking a Certified FMS / CNC Milling Machining for the 2nd shift in Euclid, OH. The role offers an hourly rate of $37.35 plus $1/hr shift differential; note this is a general guideline dependent on skills and market factors.

The position involves setup, operation, and maintenance of multi-axis CNC equipment, inspection per ANSI Y14.5, and collaboration with team members to ensure quality and on-time delivery of aerospace components.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of Euclid, OH.
• U.S. person under ITAR regulations.
• Minimum 6 years setup/operation of precision CNC equipment; 2+ years on 4/5 axis CNC milling.
• Minimum 6 years GD&T experience.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret complex prints, gauges, programs, and tools.
• Perform layout and head checks for conformance to specs.
• Assemble/preset tools with indicators and fixtures to set dimensions.
• Prepare part alignment, fixture probing, and spindle positioning before cutting.
• Use gages and perform CMM checks to verify geometry.
• Monitor controls, analyze issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation, traceability, and setup records.
• Move material in the cell and perform minor machine maintenance.
