Job summary

Eaton's Euclid, Ohio facility is seeking an Equipment Operator for the 2nd shift (3:30pm–12am, Mon–Fri). The role runs at an hourly rate of $28.98 plus a $1 shift differential per hour. Responsibilities include operating milling/drilling equipment, inspecting parts, and documenting results in accordance with standards.

High school diploma or GED and proximity within 50 miles are required. Minimum 1 year machining or burr experience or 2 years in industrial manufacturing, plus 2-year GD&T

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reside within 50 miles of Euclid, OH; no relocation benefit.
• At least 1 year machining or burr experience OR 2 years in an industrial environment.
• 2-year GD&T experience required or considered via Eaton Level 1 training.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate milling/drilling equipment to burr, polish, finish, and measure parts.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections and document results per ANSI Y14-5 and program.
• Assist other operators with proper operational procedures.
• Operate one or more milling machines, drilling machines, and related tooling as needed.
• Maintain clean work area and perform minor machine maintenance.
