Cobb Hatchery in Lafayette, TN is hiring for a 3rd shift production role. Starting pay is $18.45 per hour plus additional shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends.

The job involves pulling chicks, lifting boxes, operating sanitation equipment, and supporting hatchery operations in a biosecure environment. Responsibilities

Handles chick boxes and pallets, lifting up to 15 pounds repeatedly and moving heavy loads.
Assists in hatcher operations and bagging/packing responsibilities as assigned.
Maintains cleanliness and organization in work areas; complies with safety and biosecurity guidelines.
