The Cobb Tennessee Hatchery in Lafayette, TN is hiring for a 1st shift processing position. You will clean and sanitize pull and tray areas, boxes, and related spaces as part of a small team in a biosecure poultry environment.

You will work Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm, averaging about 40 hours weekly, with overtime consideration and paid holidays. Relocation not offered; applicants must reside in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must have 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer.
• No employment gaps greater than 6 months in the past 36 months.
• Resident of the United States for interview eligibility.
• Rehire criteria: minimum 180 days wait; no more than 3 prior Cobb/Tyson Foods positions.

Responsabilités

• Clean/foam/sanitize pull room, tray wash, and related boxes areas.
• Wash chick boxes and sanitize tray/box rooms.
• Operate high-pressure hose and other cleaning tools.
• Follow all safety, biosecurity, and PPE guidelines.
