Qualifications

• Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer.
• No major employment gaps in the past 36 months (limits: max 6 months; 18 months for student status).
• Internal candidates receive priority consideration; relocation not indicated.

Responsibilities

• Process day-old chickens including grading, vaccinating, beak trim, and other listed duties.
• Monitor chick weight and quality across houses.
• Check for improper injections and maintain sanitation of the work area.
• Operate equipment and maintain a clean, organized workspace per safety rules.
• Record data for hatchery monitoring and processing readiness.
• Support processing team and follow supervisor guidance on production tasks.
