Job summary

Teasdale Foods, Inc. is seeking a General Labor candidate for the 3rd shift in Hoopeston, IL. The role supports production, sanitation, warehouse, and operations to maintain safe, efficient, and organized facilities. Training consists of 12-hour shifts, with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities include assisting production departments, managing changeovers, ensuring cleanliness, and upholding GMP/SQF standards. Strong teamwork and reliability are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
• Basic computer or scanner experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must maintain safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support across the facility as directed by supervision.
• Assist multiple production departments based on daily business needs.
• Support production changeovers and startup activities.
• Maintain production flow by assisting operators throughout the shift.
• Sweep production floors and maintain housekeeping throughout the shift.
• Follow all GMP and SQF procedures and report concerns promptly.
