Teasdale Foods Inc is seeking Equipment Operators for a 3rd shift in HoopesTon, IL. The role offers three levels of pay (I, II, III) and requires following SOPs, setting up equipment, and ensuring quality output.

You will operate machinery, monitor performance, and collaborate with the team to meet production quotas while maintaining a clean, safe work environment. A high school diploma and basic mechanical aptitude are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate designated machinery and equipment within the manufacturing plant according to standard operating procedures.
• Set up equipment, make adjustments, and perform minor maintenance tasks as needed.
• Monitor equipment during operation to ensure proper functioning and quality output.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Conduct visual inspections of equipment to identify potential issues or defects.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials onto machines.
• Meet production quotas and quality standards consistently.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
