Job summary

Teasdale Foods Inc. is seeking a General Labor team member for 2nd shift in Hoopes ton, IL. The role supports production, sanitation, warehouse, and operations to maintain safe and efficient workflows.

You will assist multiple departments, support changeovers, and uphold food safety standards while working in a fast-paced plant environment. The position emphasizes safety, reliability, teamwork, and flexibility, with training shifts and potential 8-hour shift implementation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to read and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support throughout the facility as directed by supervision.
• Assist multiple production departments based on daily needs.
• Support production changeovers and startup activities.
• Maintain production flow by assisting operators throughout the shift.
• Assist Bean Dump Operators during production.
• Keep work areas clean and organized during shifts.
• Follow sanitation procedures and chemical safety requirements.
