ThermTech - Heat Treating Specialists in Waukesha, WI is hiring for a full-time 3rd shift position. Earn starting hourly pay of $22.60 with a 13% shift differential in a fast-paced heat-treat environment.

Responsibilities include operating furnaces, following schedules, tracking parts in Bluestreak, and ensuring quality through checks and documentation. Qualifications include a high school diploma (or equivalent) and forklift certification preferred, with prior factory or heat-treat experience

Qualifications

• Read production schedules and work orders to determine processing sequences and work instructions for customer parts.
• Record times that parts begin and end operations to document completion of operations and processes.
• Adjust controls according to work instructions using thermal instruments and gauges of furnaces.
• Test parts for hardness using hardness testing equipment or by examining samples.
• Verify products meet customer requirements, identify nonconformities, and communicate issues.

Responsabilités

• Inspecting equipment and reporting concerns to the shift foreman.
• Maintain furnace equipment as needed.
• Package parts according to customer requirements.
• Instruct new workers in machine operation.
