ThermTech - Heat Treating Specialists in Waukesha, WI is hiring for a daytime production role. Wage range is $20.00–$34.00 per hour, with first shift hours 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The position requires reading production schedules, operating furnaces, testing hardness, and ensuring parts meet specifications.

Formación

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior factory or heat-treat experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Read production schedules and work orders to determine processing sequences.
• Record times that parts begin and end operations to document completion.
• Adjust furnace controls according to work instructions.
• Test parts for hardness using appropriate testing equipment.
• Verify products meet customer requirements and document nonconformities.
• Ensure tooling is stored and organized per procedures.
• Input data into Bluestreak system.
• Notify maintenance of equipment quality issues.
• Package parts according to customer requirements.
• Instruct new workers in machine operation.
• Maintain furnace equipment as needed.
