Job summary

ThermTech, Inc. is hiring for a full-time production/heat-treat role in Wisconsin. The position features 12-hour shifts (Fri–Sun, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM) with a wage of $30.88–$38.00 per hour, including 17% shift differential and 20% weekend differential.

Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), PTO, holidays, life/AD&D, and more. Responsibilities include operating across production areas, inspecting equipment, and reporting concerns to the foreman.

Qualifications

• Must be legally entitled to work in the United States.
• ITAR compliance requires permanent resident or protected individual status.
• All hires require a 9-panel drug test and background check.
• Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Read production schedules and work orders to determine processing sequences and work instructions for customer parts.
• Record times that parts begin and end operations to document completion of operations and processes.
• Adjust controls according to work instructions using thermals instruments, charts, dials and gauges on furnaces.
• Test parts for hardness using hardness testing equipment or by examining samples.
• Verify products meet customer requirements and document any nonconformities.
• Input all necessary part data into the Bluestreak system.
• Note quality concerns during operation using the Bluestreak nonconformance system.
• Instruct new workers in machine operation.
