• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts and overtime, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Read production schedules and work orders to determine processing sequences and instructions.
• Record times and document completed operations in the Bluestreak system.
• Adjust furnace controls per work instructions using thermal instruments and gauges.
• Test parts for hardness and verify conformance to customer specs.
• Maintain proper tool storage and perform quality checks for hardness and dimensions.
• Instruct new workers on machine operation and safety best practices.
