Responsibilities

• Lead on-shift operations, coordinating workflow and setting priorities.
• Assist Shift Foreman in supervising and training team members on production tasks.
• Ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met with adherence to procedures.
• Maintain plant organization, cleanliness, and documentation of maintenance concerns.
• Participate in shift meetings, audits, and cross-department communication.
