Job summary

Caldwell, ID facility of C.H. Guenther & Son, Inc. is hiring a Production Operator for the 3rd shift (5:15 pm – 5:30 am, Sun–Tue, rotating Wed). You will operate mixers, ovens, filling and packaging equipment, ensuring safe, efficient production of food products.

You will follow SOPs and GMPs, maintain sanitation, and support quality checks while keeping accurate production logs and adhering to safety protocols. This role requires physical stamina and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; vocational training in food production is a plus.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing or a similar production environment preferred.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs, GMPs, and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment per production specifications.
• Set up machinery and ensure proper functioning; troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency; report deviations.
