Job summary

TH Foods, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator for the 3rd shift in Henderson, NV.

You will set up, operate, and tend to processing equipment to mix, cook, season, convey and wrap product, following batch sheets and formulas to ensure food safety and quality. Responsibilities include reviewing the daily schedule, obtaining sheets, verifying materials, performing setup/shutdown, monitoring process parameters, recording data, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment while complying with GMPs

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and adherence to batch sheets and formulas.
• Ability to read and verify batch sheets, orders and instructions.
• Basic math calculations for ingredient and waste measurements.
• Ability to follow formulas and make corrections as needed.

Responsibilities

• Review daily schedule with supervisors/leads.
• Obtain batch sheets and process check sheets from Supervisor.
• Verify that materials match batch sheet items.
• Inspect equipment for cleanliness and allergen issues.
• Complete machinery setup/shutdown per batch sheet.
• Mix/cook batches or wrap product per formula.
• Monitor equipment to stay within process parameters.
• Perform quality inspections and maintain safety practices.
• Communicate and collaborate with coworkers.
