Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to operate production machine equipment such as Blenders, Cookers, Fryers, Mixers, and Packing Machines and/or other equipment as assigned.
• Must be willing and able to follow all necessary procedures to meet USDA and Quality Control Regulations.

Responsabilités

• Operate and disassemble equipment for cleaning, sanitizing work areas and setting up equipment for inspection at start-up.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area and proper storage/disposal of cleaning chemicals.
• Adhere to GMPs and company policies while maintaining food safety practices.
