Job summary

Tyson Foods in Enid, OK is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Prepared Foods Division. You will lead a shift, ensure high production, quality and yields, and maintain a safe working environment while documenting production records and coordinating staffing.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, 1+ year in manufacturing with supervisory experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; vocational/college courses preferred.
• 1+ year in manufacturing with supervisory or line lead experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities; able to work with minimal supervision.
• Some travel to other facilities or corporate offices may be required.
• Relocation eligible; Sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the team; hire, train, retain, and counsel staff.
• Guide stretches, rotate workstations, and ensure staffing at start of shift.
• Review daily production orders for on-time fulfillment and accurate shipments.
• Ensure all workstations are staffed and machinery is functional.
• Maintain safety standards; conduct monthly safety meetings.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to solve process issues.
• Provide ongoing education on quality standards and procedures.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
