Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of work history with one employer in the past 24 months.
• Position requires willingness to obtain Lock Out Tag Out certification, Fall Protection, and Confined Space Training.

Responsibilities

• Operate and disassemble sanitation equipment (blenders, cookers, fryers, mixers, packing machines) for cleaning and setup.
• Sanitize work areas and equipment for inspection at start-up while following food safety practices and company policies.
• Inspect and monitor product; assist with cleaning, breakdown, and reassembly of equipment as needed.
• Follow procedures to meet USDA and Quality Control regulations; communicate with other departments to optimize downtime.
