Job summary

Mrs. Gerry’s Kitchen, LLC is seeking a 3rd Shift Machine Operator-2 in Albert Lea, MN. This full-time role requires operating and monitoring packaging equipment on the North side of the plant, ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.

You will follow HACCP, SQF, SOP, and SSOP programs, wear PPE, and set up and break down machinery. Strong reading of English docs and ability to lift up to 40 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and comprehend documentation in English including safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to use calculators for units of measure including decimals.
• Must be able to obtain forklift and/or pallet jack license.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Learn and follow HACCP, SQF, SOP, and SSOP programs.
• Operate and monitor machinery for efficiency and proper operation.
• Set up, sanitize, wash down, and break down equipment per SOPs.
• Package products and ensure correct lids, containers, and labels.
• Box and palletize products and perform other duties as assigned.
