Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn and follow HACCP, SQF, SOP, and SSOP programs.
• understand recipes and follow production orders.
• weigh ingredients and record weights as required.
• set up and maintain sanitation of equipment and areas.
• operate mixers and pumps according to standards.
• record temperatures and dates for ingredients.
