Responsibilities

• Supervise and train 8–30 hourly employees, set direction and enforce conduct.
• Schedule feed mill activities and shipments to meet production needs.
• Oversee inventories, production reports and daily tank charts.
• Maintain safety training and housekeeping audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
