Job summary

Tyson Foods in Bolivar Feed Mill, Fairmount, GA is seeking an entry level labor role for a 3rd shift. Responsibilities include keeping the mill clean, assisting with ingredient unloading, and maintaining safe, efficient operations in a hot, dusty environment.

This role requires lifting up to 60–100 lbs with assistance, adherence to safety rules, and flexibility to work holidays and weekends. Training is provided and benefits begin day one.

Qualifications

• Entry level non-skilled general labor.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. and/or up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to work in hot, dusty, and wet environments.
• Willing to work holidays, weekends, and variable shifts.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and clean assigned areas of the mill and sign off when completed.
• Assist with unloading ingredients from rail cars/trucks.
• Clean up feed spills and maintain clean work areas.
• Perform groundskeeping duties using mowers and trimmers.
• Use and maintain PPE such as ear protection.
• Wash down areas with high pressure water hoses.
• Move pallets of ingredients using PIT equipment.
• Follow Tyson Health and Safety protocols and biosecurity guidelines.
