Job summary

Webb Wheel Products, Inc. in Cullman, AL is seeking a Maintenance Facility Support for the 3rd shift to help keep the facility running safely and efficiently. You will handle essential, labor-intensive tasks under the Team Leader and contribute to production goals.

The role requires hands-on work, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to work independently through the 11:00 PM–7:00 AM shift, Sundays through Thursday.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a labor-intensive, manufacturing, or facility maintenance role.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate a forklift and floor sweeping machinery.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during the 3rd shift.
• Physical stamina to handle lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the floor sweeper and trash handling systems.
• Address and clean up spills to prevent accidents.
• Clean and maintain the shop floor and equipment as assigned.
• Safely operate forklift to move product and stack materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
