Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 0–1 year manufacturing experience, and ability to read micrometers, gauges, and blueprints. Overtime may be required; starting pay is $26.39/hr with a $1.00/hr shift differential.

Qualificações

• Ability to read micrometers, gauges, and blueprints.
• Basic math skills and simple measurement interpretation.
• Familiarity with reading engineering drawings is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Visually and physically inspect finished goods to ensure specifications and quality standards are met.
• Measure component dimensions (pilot bore, concentricity, hardness, hole location, overall size) for accuracy.
• Safely operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift) to move products on the shop floor.
• Identify parts needing balance adjustments and route to balance machines.
• Complete detailed quality layouts and inspection reports for each daily setup and part.
